We have been customers of Sprinklers Northwest for three years. We have had excellent service from the office schedulers, to the techs always providing great customers service. This week after  upgrading our yard with additional roses, plants, rainbow river rock and new raised beds for growing vegetables, I scheduled Sprinklers  Northwest to come take care of our additional sprinkler needs.  Chis Baker came out to update and install drip lines and sprinklers for us.  Chris was exceptional in taking time making sure he understood exactly what I was wanting accomplished in this project. He has excellent communication skills not only in listening but also asking questions and explaining what and why he was recommending the different type of sprinklers for each area.  With each area he would have me see what he had done and explained exactly how to control the water flow. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would!!   Jason and his dad gave the best service.  Jennifer in the office is a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10.    This is a fabulous company to work with.   The came out, were prompt and fast.  My system was completely messed up and within a few hours it was back.   I am going to use them in the future for blowouts and the backflow testing.
