We have had excellent service from the office schedulers, to the techs always providing great customers service. This week after upgrading our yard with additional roses, plants, rainbow river rock and new raised beds for growing vegetables, I scheduled Sprinklers Northwest to come take care of our additional sprinkler needs. Chis Baker came out to update and install drip lines and sprinklers for us. Chris was exceptional in taking time making sure he understood exactly what I was wanting accomplished in this project. He has excellent communication skills not only in listening but also asking questions and explaining what and why he was recommending the different type of sprinklers for each area. With each area he would have me see what he had done and explained exactly how to control the water flow.
