2. Services

We offer a range of services related to sprinkler systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and repair. Our services are provided subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
• Payment methods accepted by us include credit cards, checks, and electronic funds transfer.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If you cancel our services, you will be responsible for paying for all services provided up to the cancellation date.
• Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable law.

5. Communication
   

• We may communicate with you via phone, email, or SMS for the purpose of providing our services, scheduling appointments, and sending notifications.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

• Sprinklers Northwest may send SMS/text messages to customers andprospective customers who provide their phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us.
• Text messages from Sprinklers Northwest may include appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, technician or crew updates, service updates, estimates, invoices,payment reminders, customer support, seasonal service reminders, and occasional promotional or informational messages where permitted.
• Message frequency varies depending on your service requests, appointment activity, account status, and communication preferences.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from Sprinklers Northwest at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us.
• After you reply STOP, we may send a confirmation message to confirm
  that you have been unsubscribed. After that, we will stop sending SMS/text messages to your number unless you opt in again or otherwise request communication.

• Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Customer information related to SMS/text messaging is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Sprinklers Northwest does not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Warranty and Disclaimer

• We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
• EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

• IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED.
