- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Sprinklers Northwest (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and our customers (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) for the provision of our services, including but not limited to, sprinkler system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Services
We offer a range of services related to sprinkler systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and repair. Our services are provided subject to these Terms and Conditions.
- Payment Terms
- All payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
- Payment methods accepted by us include credit cards, checks, and electronic funds transfer.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If you cancel our services, you will be responsible for paying for all services provided up to the cancellation date.
- Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable law.
- Communication
- We may communicate with you via phone, email, or SMS for the purpose of providing our services, scheduling appointments, and sending notifications.
- Autodialer and SMS Messages
- We use an autodialer to send SMS messages to our customers for the purpose of providing information about our services, scheduling appointments, and sending notifications.
- In compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), we are limited to sending no more than 10 SMS messages per month to our customers via our autodialer.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to receive SMS messages from us, and you acknowledge that you are opting in to receive these messages.
- Warranty and Disclaimer
- We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
- EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
- Limitation of Liability
- IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED.
- OUR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Idaho.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
- Acceptance
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
